Liz Gray is a local Psychologist and Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist with over 20 years experience in a range of settings.
Liz Gray has a special interest in Couples Work and is Fully Certified in Gottman Method: a research based approach to Couples Therapy based on 40+ years of research by Dr's John and Julie Gottman. There are 200 Certified Gottman Method Therapists Worldwide, 28* of whom are based in Australia.

Solo Sessions : $245 (50 min)
Couples
Assessment Sessions (sessions 1-4) : $260
Standard Session : $250 per hour
MEDICARE REBATES
Approximately $92 is available for solo clients with a mental Health Care Plan.
In the absence of a MHCP, Health Funds typically rebate Psychology and Couples Therapy. Please check with your Fund.
Marathon sessions available on request.

About Liz
Liz Gray has over 20 years experience in Mental Health & Psychology, assisting with a range of issues involving Trauma, Pregnancy, Couples, Stress, Grief, Confidence & Self-Esteem Issues, Pain Management and Illnesses.
Liz has been in private practice on the Northern Beaches for 9 years. Prior to setting up this practice Liz worked in a range of settings including Welfare to Work, Tertiary Education, Prison Services and Hospital settings.
Liz has a special interest in supporting couples to repair and rejuvenate their relationship and also works with perinatal support for women. Liz regularly works with solo clients assisting them with managing mental health problems, life transitions and family challenges

Premarital
Many married couples seek therapy to manage difficulties in their relationship such as conflict. Liz offers premarital therapy to help couples navigate difficulties before walking down the aisle to help the couples structure their expectations of marriage and help the adjustment to married life become a little less bumpy.
